The letter arrived with instructions to call the clinic and a fact sheet about the procedure. Upon calling the number I spoke to the receptionist, expecting to book an appointment to have an initial consultation prior to the operation.
To my surprise the initial discussion with the doctor was all that was needed, and was hardly the consultation I was expecting, and so the operation is now booked in for early 2008.
